Overview
Pricefic CRM helps you organize sales work from the first enquiry through to delivery and billing.
Use it to capture leads, qualify promising contacts, track opportunities in a pipeline, plan follow-ups, review sales reports, and hand won work into projects and invoices.
The CRM Workflow
A typical workflow is:
- Capture a lead manually, from a CSV import, or through the public enquiry form
- Review the lead and merge any duplicate record
- Qualify the lead into a customer and opportunity, or disqualify it with a reason
- Move the opportunity through the sales pipeline
- Schedule activities so every opportunity has a clear next step
- Mark the opportunity as Won or Lost
- Hand won work into a project or convert its quotation into an invoice
You can also create an opportunity directly when you already know the customer or deal.
Leads and Opportunities
A lead is an unqualified person or company that may become a customer. It records contact details, source, owner, status, and notes.
An opportunity is a sales deal you are actively pursuing. It records the pipeline stage, expected value, probability, expected close date, owner, customer, activities, documents, and history.
Qualifying a lead connects these parts of the workflow without requiring you to enter the same information again.
Pipelines and Stages
The default pipeline contains:
- New
- Qualified
- Proposal
- Negotiation
- Won
- Lost
Open stages represent active sales work. Won and Lost are terminal outcomes. When you mark an opportunity Lost, Pricefic asks for a reason so the outcome remains useful later.
You can create additional pipelines in CRM Settings for sales processes that need different open stages.
Activities and Timelines
Activities record the next action on an opportunity. Available types include tasks, calls, emails, meetings, quotations, notes, and other activities.
Each opportunity also has a timeline. It brings together activity changes, stage movements, and other CRM events so you can understand what happened without reconstructing the history from memory.
Reports and Handoff
CRM reports summarize pipeline value, weighted forecasts, won and lost results, win rate, lead conversion, and lead sources.
After an opportunity is won, its handoff can create a project and convert a linked quotation into an invoice. This keeps sales, delivery, documents, and billing connected.
