Overview
CRM reports summarize the leads and opportunities your team can access. Use them to review current pipeline health, expected revenue, sales outcomes, and where leads originate.
Open the CRM Report
Open CRM > Reports. Select the relevant business when you manage sales for more than one business.
Open Pipeline
Open pipeline is the total expected value of opportunities that have not reached Won or Lost.
It describes the size of active sales work, not guaranteed revenue.
Weighted Forecast
The weighted forecast adjusts each open opportunity by its probability.
For example, an opportunity worth 10,000 with a probability of 40% contributes 4,000 to the weighted forecast. The monthly forecast uses the opportunity's expected close date.
Keep amounts, probabilities, and close dates current if you use this figure for planning.
Won Value and Win Rate
Won is the value of opportunities that reached the Won stage.
Win rate compares won outcomes with completed won and lost outcomes. Open opportunities do not count as final outcomes.
Lead Conversion
Lead conversion shows the percentage of leads that have been qualified.
Qualify leads consistently when they become active opportunities, and disqualify unsuitable leads rather than leaving every record as new.
Pipeline Breakdown
The Pipeline section groups open opportunities by stage and shows their count and value. Use it to spot stages where work is accumulating or where expected value is concentrated.
Lead Sources
The Lead sources section counts leads by source. It helps you compare channels such as website, referral, event, or imported lists.
Use consistent source names when creating or importing leads. Small spelling differences create separate rows in the report.
