What to include on a logistics company invoice
- Price by the unit you charge for, such as kg, CBM or trip, so customers can check the maths.
- List customs, handling and last-mile delivery as separate lines instead of one lump sum.
- Say in the notes that rates depend on the final weight, so later adjustments are expected.
