July’s update brings smarter payment methods, cleaner invoices, and bulk transaction actions to help you run your business better.

As we roll into July, we’re excited to bring you a batch of updates that make invoicing, payments, and document management smoother and more powerful than ever. Whether you’re managing a growing business or just getting started, these new features help you stay organized, get paid faster, and look more professional.

Add Payment Methods to Your Invoices

You can now display your preferred payment methods directly on your invoices—bank details, card links, third-party processors, and more. It’s easier for clients to pay you the right way, and faster payments mean better cash flow.

Haven’t added one yet? No problem. Pricefic now shows a helpful prompt in the editor when your invoice doesn’t include any payment options. Just click “Add Payment Method” and you’re set.

Track Payments and Balance Due at a Glance

We’ve added a small but powerful improvement to invoice PDFs: they now show how much has been paid and how much is still owed. If you accept partial payments, this is especially useful for keeping everyone on the same page.

The updated invoice layout makes it clear when a balance remains, helping you avoid confusion and awkward follow-ups.

Bulk Delete Transactions

Need to clean up test data or remove outdated records? You can now select and delete multiple transactions in one go. This new bulk action is a huge time-saver, especially for users managing a large volume of entries.

Just select the transactions you want to remove and hit delete — done.

Filters That Remember Your Preferences

When switching between tabs (like income vs. expenses), Pricefic now remembers which business and filters you had selected. This makes managing multiple businesses feel seamless and reduces repetitive clicks.

Whether you’re reviewing invoices or categorizing expenses, your workspace stays in sync with how you work.

Smarter Document Testing and UI Polish

Behind the scenes, we improved our development workflows, ensuring better stability and fewer bugs in every release.

We’ve also improved visual details like font alignment, currency symbol consistency, and blog layout fixes. Every update makes your documents look cleaner and your experience smoother.
